The Workshop is designed for owners/managers of small to midsize companies. The focus is the creation of a living strategic plan that builds on the fundamentals of Purpose and Core Values.

Don Murfin will lead the workshop. He has over 30 years experience as general partner of several venture capital funds and has assisted many growth-oriented companies achieve success. He has been a turn-around CEO and two years ago started his own non-profit corporation. He will share his years of experience with the attendees as he leads the group to share experiences and best practices.

The value of the One-Page Strategic Plan was the highlight of Verne Harnish’s bestselling book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits”. This book is an excellent resource for the workshop.
