Michelle will be available from 11 am to noon for those who would like additional hands on help with their plan.

Seating is limited to 15, so priority will be given to BIG members. 

The Workshop is designed for owners/managers of small to midsize companies. The focus is the creation of a living strategic plan that builds on the fundamentals of Purpose and Core Values.

Michele Chambers will lead the workshop. Michele previously worked with Patrick Thean and Gazelles, Inc. and has led many workshops in the past delivering the One Page Strategic Plan concept.
