Tara Heptinstall is Peak 10’s vice president of marketing. She joined the company in April 2012 and is responsible for its marketing and communication function. Before Peak 10, she served as global marketing director for SPX, a multi industrial manufacturing firm based in Charlotte, N.C. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and has completed Business Leadership Development studies through the Center for Creative Leadership and Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Winn Maddrey
SVP, FleishmanHillard

For more than two decades, Winn has worked in the communications arena, focused on public relations, public affairs and marketing. He’s held posts with US Government, including legislative and executive branches, and the private sector -- on both the agency and company side. He has held high-level security clearance, served as a national spokesperson, and worked on strategic planning, reputation management, management consulting, crisis management, general communications, branding, marketing, positioning.
