Time Hacking – Eliminating, Automating & Delegating the boring tasks in work & life
Russ Hammond is a seasoned business traveler currently on sabbatical while working on his MBA. For 7 years Russ worked as an Associate Vice President for the Sigma Nu Educational Foundation, logging 75-100 flights a year. While working full time Russ also found time to work as a white water raft guide, and a ski instructor for two seasons in Breckenridge, Colorado. He spent so much time on the road that for two years his only address was a PO box.
Thru his work and extensive travels Russ has developed an expertise in streamlining workflow for the busy and on-the-go professional. His approach borrows from lean manufacturing as well as Tim Ferris’ 4 Hour Work Week to find simple solutions to eliminate, automate & delegate the boring and repetitive tasks in work and life.
During the program Russ will show you how to:
• Maintain an empty inbox while spending only 1 hour a week answering messages
• Get the benefits of a personal assistant without paying for one
• Hire a virtual assistant
• Get a quick email response back from anyone
• Never have an email conversation back and forth again to find a time to meet with a group
• Use crowdsourcing as a method to take things off your plate
• Use tools like Amazon’s Mechanical Turk
• Pay less than $500 and have 75 entries for a new Web site design
Bonus business travel hacks:
• Guaranteed method to save $100 on most flights in and out of Charlotte
• Get anything you want from an airline or hotel reservation agent
• Never miss an appointment in another time zone again
• How to fly thru security
