A hands-on workshop on creating your strategic plan for 2012 hosted by Keith Spiro, AdviCoach and presented by Don Murfin
 

Overview:
Don Murfin has over 30 years experience in the venture capital industry and was the founding general partner of three venture capital funds. He has financed and served on the boards of over thirty early and growth stage businesses and has reviewed hundreds of business plans – good ones and not so good ones. Recently he has been working with Keith Spiro, an AdviCoach franchise owner, helping owners of private businesses achieve their goals. Don will bring his wealth of experience to this workshop where he will lead you through the process of developing a strategic plan for your business.

The value of the One-Page Strategic Plan was the highlight of Verne Harnish’s bestselling book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits”. This book is an excellent resource for the workshop.
 

During this workshop, participants will:
• Share experiences and thoughts from his/her business
• Discuss the importance of purpose and values
• Consider strategies for weathering a weak economy
• Prepare, if reasonable, for third party financing
